The evaluation of the bearing capacity asphalt pavements is usually performed by analysing deflections measured a Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD). deflection changes with pavement temperature. In necessary to consider thermal gradient and perform temperature correction. article contains an analysis effects on FWD results long-term monitored sections. correction was or back-calculated elasticity moduli. moduli recalculated 20 °C according both procedures were similar. Comparison determined recalculation from bowls at °C, has proven smaller differences for bowl corrected °C.
